General
To ensure the longevity of your bikini, please follow these care instructions:
Washing:
- Hand wash in cold water with gentle detergent.
- Avoid using fabric softeners, as they can damage the spandex or elastic.
- Do not wring or twist the bikini, gently squeeze the water out.
Drying:
- Lay flat to air dry, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
- Avoid drying in the dryer, as high heat can shrink and damage the fabric.
With proper care, your bikini will last many seasons to come!
Our products are designed to be minimal and sexy, so depending on your coverage preference, you may want to size up.
We recommend that you check our sizing guide before making a purchase, which can be found here.
You may also find it helpful to check at the size the model is wearing, which is listed in the product description.
Please also note that all our bikinis and swimwear and one pieces are hand-sewn, therefore each product is unique and will vary slightly. However, we have a highly qualified quality assurance team checking each item to ensure we maintain the highest standards possible.
In the unlikely event that you received a faulty item, we will do everything possible to resolve the issue. Please send an email to admin@vdmthelabel.com with your order number, supporting images, and a description of the problem.

Orders
Duties and taxes will be included in the final cost at checkout.
Once an order is processed, the order is finalised and can’t be cancelled / changed. However, if you have made a mistake with your personal details and need help to change these before it’s dispatched, please email us at admin@vdmthelabel.com. A member of our team will help you update your order details.
When you place an order for a "pre-order", it means that you are ordering an item that is not currently in stock but will be available at a later date. By placing a pre-order, you are ensuring that you will receive the item as soon as it becomes available, this date will always be listed in the product description. This allows our customers to reserve their favourite VDM bikini before it sells out again.
If you placed an order that includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your in-stock items will be secured and shipped in full when the rest of your order is ready to ship. If you want your in-stock items quicker, please place two separate orders.
Returns
Sale items are not are not eligible for returns.
We accept returns for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
If these conditions are met, you submit a return through our portal here.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), a refund / store credit will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. *Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.*
We will gladly accept any full priced item returned back for a store credit, minus original shipping costs. Sale items are not eligible for returns.
Please note, the items must are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a return.
