RETURNS POLICY:
*Due to high demand during our Black Friday Sale, returns processing times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
UNITED STATES:
- You have 30 days from your order date to request a return. All requests must be submitted within this window, as we cannot process returns beyond this time frame.
- Full-priced items purchased online are eligible for a refund or store credit, minus original shipping costs. (Please note, a flat fee of $4.95 will be also deducted if you wish to choose the refund option)
- Items purchased with VDM loyalty discounts (including welcome codes, abandoned cart discounts, and rewards) are also eligible for store credit.
- Please note, items marked as sale or bought during a store wide sale cannot be returned.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
ELIGIBLE ITEMS:
Ensure that you meet our returns criteria before posting back your item, If your return does not comply with these conditions your item/s will not be accepted and returned to you at your cost.
- All returned items must be in their original condition—unused, unworn, with tags and packaging intact.]
- Customers are responsible for covering return postage, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Items must be received within 14 days of your submission
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), a store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days.
