Our Return Policy:
We will gladly accept any full-priced item returned within 30 days of delivery for a store credit or refund (Please note, a flat fee of $4.95 will be deducted if you wish to choose the refund option) minus any original shipping costs. All sale/warehouse items are final and are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable.
Eligible items:
We accept returns for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), a refund / store credit will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. *Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.*
Damaged or incorrect items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at admin@vdmthelabel.com so that we can correct the issue.
