International shipments are shipped via DHL who provide customs clearance and delivery service within 2-7 business days from date of dispatch.

If a package is "Abandoned" by a customer and is returned to VDM THE LABEL any shipping charges, tax and duties added will be deducted from the customer's credit note.
TRACKING:
All International express orders will be shipped with DHL. All packages sent via DHL will have a tracking number assigned. Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPING TO A SECURE LOCATION, AS ONCE PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO THE CORRECT LOCATION WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MISSING, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. VDM THE LABEL is not liable for any lost shipments. Customers are responsible for claiming all misplaced, lost, undelivered OR "abandoned" shipments directly with DHL. PICK & PACK TIMES & TRANSIT TIMES:
It is our first priority to ensure deliveries are sent as early as possible. Orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) before 12pm AEST will be shipped the same day, orders placed on the weekend or Australian public holidays will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00pm AEST will begin processing the following Monday (unless it is a public holiday). Transit times do NOT include Saturday, Sunday or holidays. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPING TO A SECURE LOCATION, as once the package is delivered we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Shipping times are estimated and will vary based on your location, VDM The Label are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided, payment verification process, external factors effecting our courier or factors beyond our control such as (but not limited to) delays caused by COVID-19 or unforeseen weather conditions that delay delivery time. Delivery dates are only weekdays. There are no deliveries on Weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship on weekends and holidays. PRE-ORDER ITEMS:

** We are currently experiencing delays in the USA and to destinations serviced via the US (such as Canada and Mexico).
FedEx's main hub in Memphis (MEM) has been under pressure with increased international volumes as well as US domestic air volumes that have gone up due to COVID.
There are also delays with clearance as customs agents are working from home and the number of people off sick has increased due to COVID.
Additionally tranship airports in the US are also experiencing handling delays due to staff absenteeism, new COVID protocols and volumes.
