Please choose our selected shipment coverage by ROUTE SHIPMENT PROTECTION at checkout if you wish to ensure your covered for  any lost or damaged in transit parcels, or stolen immediately after the carriers proof of delivery where route traces the transportation. Without adding shipment protection to your order, we unfortunately are not liable for any lost, stolen or missing parcels. Please note you must make a claim with ROUTE within 30 days of your purchase to be liable.

All International express orders will be shipped with DHL. All packages sent via DHL will have a tracking number assigned. Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.  PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPING TO A SECURE LOCATION, AS ONCE PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO THE CORRECT LOCATION WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MISSING, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.  VDM THE LABEL is not liable for any lost shipments. Customers are responsible for claiming all misplaced, lost, undelivered OR "abandoned" shipments directly with DHL. All customers are encouraged to contact DHL about a missing or undelivered package.

It is our first priority to ensure deliveries are sent as early as possible. Orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be shipped within 24-48 hours depending on order volume at time of your purchase.  orders placed on the weekend or public holidays will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00pm Pacific time will begin processing the following Monday (unless it is a public holiday). Transit times do NOT include Saturday, Sunday or holidays. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPING TO A SECURE LOCATION, as once the package is delivered we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. 


**Please note that during sales, it may take up to 72 hours/3 business days to ship your order.

Shipping times are estimated and will vary based on your location, VDM The Label are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided, payment verification process, external factors effecting our courier or factors beyond our control such as (but not limited to) delays caused by COVID-19 or unforeseen weather conditions that delay delivery time. Delivery dates are only weekdays. There are no deliveries on Weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship on weekends and holidays. Estimated delivery time does not include customs delays or orders held by customs officials. If this unlikely event occurs please email and we will investigate on your behalf.

VDM The Label are not responsible for tracking update delays caused bu the shipping courier response times. Once we hand your parcel over to our courier it is in their hands to update you tracking movements accordingly.



*Orders containing pre-order items will be held in our warehouse until the entire order is ready to be shipped.

  1. Russia: The postal address MUST be a commercial address, NOT residential
  2. Qatar, Oman, Papua New Guinea, Saudi Arabia, UAE: The postal address MUST be a P.O box address.

VDM understands how important it is for your swimwear to fit perfectly so that you can look and feel your best. It is our priority to make this process simple and reliable so that you are happy with your purchase and have chosen the correct size. 

Full priced items:

We will gladly accept any full priced item returned back for a store credit or full refund, *minus original shipping costs*. You can still return your bikinis if a promotional discount has been used such as a welcome code.

Sale and warehouse items:

All sale and warehouse items are final sale, no returns, exchanges or refunds can be accommodated.

We understand that buying online is not always easy. That’s why we allow you to exchange your items if your bikini isn’t the right fit or in case you change your mind.



1.     Check to make sure the item meets our return policy

The following must apply prior to the exchange or return of a product;

  • The above return portal must be filled out and submitted
  • your item must be unworn with no markings.
  • Hygiene liner must be attached to the product
  • You must return it in its original package and garment bag
  • The VDM The Label swing tags must be attached
  • You must return it within 30 days from the date of your order.

Please be sure to include a copy of your name, post code and order number in your return for our warehouse to process accordingly.

VDM The Label is not responsible for the shipping costs of your return or exchange item/s.

3.     Shop with your store credit

We’ll send a confirmation email once we’ve received the item and checked. You’ll then receive a store credit, exchange or refund within 5 days of return being delivered. Please note during busy periods we ask you allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed.

Please note colours and shades may slightly differ in our photos due to lighting effects during photoshoots. Fabric colour may appear slightly different in real life.

Please also note that all our bikinis and swimwear and one pieces are hand-sewn, therefore each product is unique and will vary slightly. However, we have a highly qualified Quality Assurance team checking each item to ensure we maintain the highest standards possible.

In the unlikely case you have received an item you believe to be faulty, we will allow a refund.

In this case, please email and we will respond with an outcome ASAP.

Once an order is processed through our system, the order is finalised and can’t be cancelled. However, if you have made a mistake with your personal details and need help to change these before it’s dispatched, please email us at A member of our team will help you update your order details.

If the bikini swimwear or one piece you want is currently unavailable, we can issue a credit note for your order or a refund.
